How Much do Householder and Full Pre App Submissions Cost with PreApp?

Welcome back to the weekly PreApp blog! Today’s article features a brief outline of how much it costs to take advantage of the PreApp service for your householder or full pre-app submission. If you’re not already, be sure to follow us across all social media platforms and subscribe to our YouTube channel for weekly video content!

How much does PreApp cost?
Our service is very clear in the sense that we offer two different pre-application submissions:

  • Householder Pre-Application Service - £90 + VAT.

  • Full Pre-Application Service - £145+ VAT.

We have kept our prices substantially lower than the prices that your local planning authority can charge and this is because we are extremely efficient with regard to the decision making because we are making use of data in real-time to inform our conclusions and our processes.

How much do Local Planning Authorities charge?
Your Local Planning Authority will charge the following:

  • Householder Pre-Application Service - Anywhere up to £500.

  • Full Pre-Application Service - Potentially thousands of pounds.

PreApp’s prices are extremely cost effective by comparison because we have produced a system that produces a significantly more efficient process in understanding the real-time risks and opportunities associated with the pre-application service.
